QA Engineer II (AI)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain an automated testing framework for SaaS products
• Leverage AI tools to enhance and expedite software testing workflows
• Mentor team members on automation quality practices and principles
• Collaborate with engineering teams on code reviews, design reviews, and task breakdowns
• Assess and mitigate risks across the product suite
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in software engineering, development, or QA
• Proven track record with AI-powered testing tools such as Applitools, Testim, Mabl, or Puppeteer
• Strong proficiency in programming, ideally JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#
• Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
• Deep knowledge of risk characterization, test case management, and verification strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide clear communication

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale
