What you will do

• Analyze complex headcount data and people-related financial metrics for forecasting and budgeting.
• Design and implement automated, scalable processes using modern tech and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and reports within Workday and BI tools to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to support strategic projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality communication of data insights to senior leadership for smarter decision-making.

Requirements

• English proficiency required
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a relevant quantitative field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, project management, or strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong numerical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with BigQuery.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics solutions.
