Salary: 18,000–28,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Create and support in-game character animations for a new AAA project
• Optimize animation production pipelines and improve overall team workflows
• Manage character, vehicle, and prop rigging
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of animators
• Integrate animations into game engines and ensure technical and artistic quality
• Experiment with new animation tools and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of character animation experience using Maya or equivalent
• Proficiency in character and vehicle animation and rigging
• Strong understanding of real-time graphics and game development pipelines
• Experience working with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity
• Experience with Mocap pipelines
• Fluent English proficiency
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Nice to have

• Experience on a released AAA title
• Traditional 2D animation skills
• Additional skills in modeling, VFX, or sound design
