Salary: 33,800 – 46,475 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of VFX artists to support professional growth and collaborative output.
• Design and implement real-time VFX for gameplay, cinematics, and environments.
• Research and prototype new VFX workflows, tools, and techniques.
• Oversee external collaboration by reviewing outsourced work and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all VFX content is highly performant and meets technical constraints.
• Coordinate with directors and production to align planning with project milestones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a VFX Artist in game development.
• Shipped at least one AAA title in a lead or senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5 and real-time VFX.
• Proficiency in VFX pipelines including SideFX Houdini.
• Strong knowledge of PBR workflows, shaders, and performance optimization.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of game VFX is required for consideration.
