What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods for complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, product owners, and developers to define business requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from initial elicitation to testing and delivery.
• Facilitate high-stakes meetings and workshops to drive consensus and strategic decision-making.
• Prioritize requirements and backlogs to ensure alignment with product strategy and long-term value delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of corporate knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience with a proven track record of managing solutions from concept to production.
• At least 1 year of experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong expertise in requirements lifecycle management including traceability and prioritization.
• Solid proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Mastery of Jira and Confluence tools.

• Solid understanding of major architectural types.
• Practical experience working with databases and writing queries.
