What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document detailed project requirements.
• Design functional specifications, data structures, and system prototypes.
• Develop comprehensive business logic, use cases, and user stories specific to gaming equipment integration.
• Support customers during acceptance testing and the rollout of new features.
• Create and maintain high-quality business and technical requirement documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Russian or Ukrainian within the team.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN and UML.
• Proven experience integrating hardware devices into business processes.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.
