• Design complex application architecture and situational layer cake frameworks.
• Implement seamless data and external system integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform regular code reviews to uphold high quality and best practices.
• Scope and size development tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Proven background in the Pega Senior System Architect role.
• Deep expertise in PRPC architecture, design patterns, and implementation.
• Practical experience with Pega Infinity and background processing.
• Fluency in English is required for daily collaboration in international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
