What you will do

• Manage and optimize HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) configurations.
• Integrate HubSpot with the existing Salesforce platform via APIs and middleware.
• Design and implement complex workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes.
• Configure CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure high standards of data hygiene, governance, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 members while driving CRM adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Residency and work authorization within the European Union required.
• Proven experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce.
• Strong background in API-based integrations (REST, webhooks).
• Expertise in CRM architecture and system design.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in CRM platforms or cloud technologies.
• Experience with data migration and complex system deduplication.
