What you will do
- Define and execute the comprehensive web design strategy to elevate the brand and drive global growth.
- Lead and mentor the Web Design team, setting quality benchmarks and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Optimize website performance and conversion rates (CRO) using analytics, A/B testing, and user insights.
- Maintain the Web Design System to ensure visual consistency and scalability across the domain.
- Collaborate closely with Web Developers to ensure design fidelity from Figma to the live site.
- Communicate design decisions to leadership, aligning creative output with business KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio of complex architectures and landing pages.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role mentoring designers and managing workflows.
- Master-level proficiency in Figma and building complex component libraries.
- English: C1 or higher proficiency required.
- Deep understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS) and the impact of design on site speed and responsiveness.
- Experience with data-driven design tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or VWO.

- Background in B2B SaaS design environments.
- Experience with headless CMS and modern web design trends.
