What you will do

• Mentor and guide designers in their career growth, fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Drive discovery and research initiatives to align design practices with user needs and business objectives.
• Ensure the evolution and adoption of robust design systems across teams.
• Champion the design discipline within the Product Development Management Team.
• Promote a seamless connection between designers and development teams.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in design, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
• Strong expertise in discovery and research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and their implementation.
• A strategic and innovative mindset to drive user-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in an international and collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with agile product development practices.
