What you will do

• Design and maintain core system components, foundations, and documentation in Figma.
• Define scalable component APIs, design tokens, and motion strategies aligned with frontend implementation.
• Partner with engineering teams to bridge the gap between design and code using Figma Dev Mode and Code Connect.
• Set the roadmap, quality bars, and accessibility standards for the design system evolution.
• Provide enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct design QA support across product teams.
• Structure system assets to support automation and AI-assisted design-to-code workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on design systems in multi-team environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (component architecture, variables, tokens, and Dev Mode).
• Deep understanding of design-to-code collaboration, modern frontend frameworks, and component contracts.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic React concepts.
• Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design standards at the system level.
• Experience with documentation platforms like Storybook or Zeroheight.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-platform systems (web, iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with component QA, visual regression, or system health metrics.
