What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI for the Health & Safety domain from discovery to delivery.
• Translate complex EHS workflows into intuitive user experiences for web and mobile.
• Champion the common component library (Helix) across the product portfolio.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design prototypes based on data.
• Collaborate with the US-based engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and design fidelity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/product design, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and research-informed work.
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component-based design systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex data-dense requirements into actionable designs.
• Strong communication skills to present design rationale to stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with a US-based team.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in life sciences, research, or regulated industries.
• Experience driving design system adoption in large-scale product organizations.
