What you will do
- Act as a technical advisor translating client business needs into UI/UX and frontend customization solutions.
- Design and implement frontend features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React while adhering to design systems.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and design concepts for enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead workshops with client technical and design teams to define implementation roadmaps.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Product Designers and Customer Success Managers to improve usability.
- Provide expert guidance on theming, layout strategies, and widget-based architectures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, or technical SaaS consulting.
- Business-fluent German and English communication skills required.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.
- Experience with component-based design systems and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a consulting capacity.
- Deep commitment to accessibility principles (WCAG) and usability.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with JSON, XML, and API-driven architectures.
- Professional background in visual communication or interaction design.
