Location: Remote. Preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Dubai, or Lausanne, though other locations will be considered.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and manual task automation.
• Build rapid prototypes using AI tools and automation platforms.
• Create internal tools, assistants, and workflow automations.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to understand business challenges.
• Test ideas quickly and iterate based on internal feedback.
• Prepare prototypes for potential hand-off to production development teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
• Proficiency in automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
• Experience with low-code/no-code environments (Retool, Bubble, etc.).
• Ability to connect tools via APIs or integrations.
• Strong interest in business operations and efficiency.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Nice to have

• Business school background or strong business understanding.
• Passion for constantly testing new AI tools and integrations.
• Proven track record of building personal AI projects or automations.
