We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects. This role combines project management, system analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through delivery
• Work closely with clients to collect and analyze business needs
• Write functional and technical specification documents
• Translate business requirements into implementation tasks
• Manage ServiceNow implementers in a matrix structure
• Coordinate across stakeholders and ensure project alignment
• Track timelines, budget, and delivery quality

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects
• 2+ years of experience as Business analyst for Mid role and 5+ years for Senior role
• Strong experience in system analysis and writing technical specifications
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience working directly with clients

Nice to Have:
• Hands-on background as a ServiceNow implementer – big advantage
• Experience with modules such as ITSM / CSM / FSM / Source-to-Pay
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
