What you will do

• Take ownership of the LLM and AI automation product line to reduce business costs.
• Identify automation opportunities and perform detailed cost analyses.
• Prepare business cases and task descriptions for AI project implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BPM engineers, backend, and LLM specialists.
• Remove blockers and manage interdependent tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in automation or AI.
• Strong background in AI/LLM, including prompt engineering, model selection, and pipeline building.
• Excellent analytical skills for calculating project economics and gathering feedback.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects in cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (B2 mentioned as minimum in text, but advanced is required).

Nice to have

• Experience in business process mapping and BPMN tools.
