What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the B2B Upskilling product line.
• Design AI-driven learning systems, including personalization, agent behavior, and evaluation frameworks.
• Build a scalable content operating model to automate versioning, updates, and iteration.
• Translate product strategy into technical requirements and delivery plans for multiple modules.
• Drive UX quality by mapping user journeys, defining event taxonomies, and conducting data-driven experiments.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to manage customization requests and prioritize platform development.

Requirements

• AI product experience: Proven track record shipping features with AI cores like agents or LLMs.
• Product design mindset: Strong ability to write clear specifications, define non-goals, and manage edge cases.
• B2B stakeholder management: Ability to align cross-functional teams and negotiate product trade-offs.
• UX and analytics: Deep understanding of user experience design and quantitative performance measurement.
• Execution focus: Ability to drive complex projects independently from ambiguity to successful delivery.

Nice to have

• Background in EdTech or corporate Learning & Development.
• Experience with learning standards like SCORM/xAPI or competency frameworks.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience in a B2B context.
