Product Manager (AI): Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle for operational efficiency and automation solutions with an accent on business analysis and technical requirement definition. Focus on building and optimizing intelligent systems involving AI agents, ensuring seamless integration with existing software workflows.

Location: Remote. The company is based in Cyprus.

What you will do

Analyze complex operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Gather requirements and document functional and non-functional specifications.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system integration and technical feasibility.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner.
Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher).
Must be able to communicate effectively in Russian within the team.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and prompt engineering.
Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and system integrations.

Nice to have

Proven experience managing projects involving AI agents or intelligent automation.
Technical background or formal business/IT education.
Previous experience in roles focusing on operational efficiency.
