What you will do

• Define and drive the strategy for autonomous AI agents that orchestrate sales representative workflows.
• Prototype ideas using AI development tools to validate concepts before full-scale engineering implementation.
• Design progressive autonomy systems that allow agents to execute tasks while maintaining user trust and control.
• Build and scale evaluation infrastructure to monitor agent quality, accuracy, and performance in production.
• Analyze product impact on key metrics like meetings booked, time saved, and overall customer behavior change.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure successful product adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Deep experience shipping agentic AI products that handled real workflows and drove business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and orchestration systems.
• Proven ability to prototype and build using tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Deep domain expertise in GTM motions, sales workflows, or B2B outreach processes.
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering on reliability, performance, and integration challenges.
