What you will do

• Drive the full product lifecycle for mobile, from discovery and research to shipping and impact measurement.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications while managing stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze mobile and AI-native product trends to influence the broader company roadmap.
• Use data to define success metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product consistency.
• Take ownership of the mobile product outcome, prioritizing effectively in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven track record of shipping successful B2B mobile products.
• Strong experience in feature analysis, roadmapping, and working in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to understand technical trade-offs and communicate clearly with engineering teams.
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to work independently without hand-holding.
• Must be located in Warsaw or able to support a hybrid work model in Poland.

• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI-native UX patterns.
