Salary: 127,630 - 191,200 USD per annum

What you will do

• Contribute to architectural innovation and process improvement for future grid scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct pathfinding to explore new optimization techniques to improve design engineer productivity.
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization using advanced AI/ML/Analytical techniques.
• Work with senior leaders to influence and implement innovative ideas to speed up flows on hirify.global infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience or Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree.
• Proficiency with Programming or scripting in languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl for automation and workflow development.
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration and cluster troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure or hybrid HPC environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regression management tools, and workflow automation specific to silicon verification.
• Knowledge of chip design / EDA flows and Cadence/Synopsys tools is a huge plus.
