What you will do

• Perform high-volume data updates and configurations in internal systems to support clinic onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update clinic records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
• Manage and track toll-free number (TFN) requests, ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and resolution.
• Monitor operational workflows, escalate issues when needed, and maintain clear tracking and status visibility for assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, onboarding, implementation, or administrative support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise systems or web-based applications.
• Ability to manage high-volume data entry and configuration tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.
