What you will do

• Conduct registration calls and guide medical practices through onboarding.
• Manage office accounts and maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Present and activate new platform features for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Management to optimize client engagement.
• Participate in special projects and provide feedback on practice performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years experience in client onboarding or implementation, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Salesforce, Outreach, and video conferencing tools.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a results-driven mindset.
