What you will do
- Own the customer experience, including adoption, value, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings to ensure smooth software operation and identify challenges.
- Drive subscription renewal and expansion processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for expansion opportunities and customer references.
- Promote awareness of new releases and features, providing insights and analytics for maximum adoption.
- Serve as the customer advocate, facilitating open discussions and resolving questions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales with a focus on customer support and retention.
- Experience in the computer software industry, preferably SaaS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas for customer loyalty and adoption.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Technically inclined and able to train customers on software changes.
