What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CX team by supporting strategy and operations development.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the CX technology stack.
- Generate and analyze data to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness across customer-facing teams.
- Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to implement custom workflows and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure operational cohesion.
- Address routine internal team requests and drive the successful resolution of complex operational issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 4+ years of professional experience supporting customer-facing teams in operational roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with CX technologies such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive stakeholder relationships.
