TL;DR

Customer Experience Operations Specialist: Supporting customer experience strategy and operational efficiency through the administration and configuration of the CX technology stack with an accent on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on identifying trends, designing custom workflows, and implementing scalable solutions to improve overall CX team performance.

Location: Must be based in Canada. Flexible arrangement with the option to work full-time in the Toronto office, hybrid, or entirely remotely.

Compensation: $63,750 – $86,250 CAD per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CX team by supporting strategy and operations development.
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the CX technology stack.
  • Generate and analyze data to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness across customer-facing teams.
  • Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to implement custom workflows and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure operational cohesion.
  • Address routine internal team requests and drive the successful resolution of complex operational issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 4+ years of professional experience supporting customer-facing teams in operational roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CX technologies such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive stakeholder relationships.
