What you will do

• Design, implement, and test core gameplay systems and functionality using C++, Unreal Engine, and other tools.
• Design and implement network code meeting the game design and performance requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot framework issues and bugs across different platforms.
• Analyze and optimize per-system CPU, memory, and bandwidth consumption.
• Coach and support gameplay programmers in using core features efficiently.
• Document and maintain the gameplay framework code and systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the game industry with significant contributions to AAA titles in senior technical roles.
• Very good understanding of algorithmics, data structures, and C++ 20 minimum.
• Knowledge of client/server architecture, data replication, synchronization, lag compensation, and anti-cheat techniques.
• Experience with online multiplayer game development, such as replication, synchronization, latency compensation, hit detection, and player character movement replication.
• Advanced debugging skills; Proficient with debugging tools and methods for network code and systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience developing on multiple platforms.

• Experience with UE5, Replication Graph, Iris.
• Experience working on multiplayer title.
• Experience working on live game.
• Experience with PS5 development environment and toolkit.
• Experience with Copilot or Cursor.
