Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week in Hamburg or Berlin.

What you will do

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with direct response advertisers, helping them achieve performance goals.
  • Partner with account executives, product managers, and engineers to develop innovative optimization strategies.
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to achieve results.
  • Increase revenue by providing ongoing technical support and real-time analyses.
  • Educate clients and ad partners on Snap’s advertising product suite and influence Snap’s ad product roadmap.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic.
  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
