What you will do
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with direct response advertisers, helping them achieve performance goals.
- Partner with account executives, product managers, and engineers to develop innovative optimization strategies.
- Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to achieve results.
- Increase revenue by providing ongoing technical support and real-time analyses.
- Educate clients and ad partners on Snap’s advertising product suite and influence Snap’s ad product roadmap.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic.
- Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
