What you will do
- Review customer requirements and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
- Manage Global IT Operations deliverables and projects in an enterprise 24x7 application and infrastructure support.
- Oversee daily activities of the delivery team, providing direction and guidance.
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
- Design architecture and provide solutions as per client needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute service requests, implement changes, and resolve incidents.
Requirements
- Master’s in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems, Business Administration, or Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or completion of program requirements for Master’s degree).
- 1 year of experience as Manager - Technical Operations, IT Project Manager, IT Program Manager, or related.
- Experience in virtualized data centers, IaaC, PowerShell scripting, DSC, and automation.
- Experience handling disaster recovery of mission-critical applications.
- Experience with network, monitoring, server administration, Azure Cloud resource administration, CDN (Akamai), and Power BI.
- Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US
