Location: Hybrid work environment in Toronto. All hub-based hirify.globalns are expected to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $144,700 to $195,900 CAD.

What you will do

• Embed with enterprise clients to map out workflows and define success metrics.
• Design, prototype, and productionize custom AI workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using hirify.global APIs and the broader modern stack.
• Work directly with client technical teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize deployments in real-time.
• Translate experimental R&D into stable, production-grade code.
• Surface recurring patterns from the field to inform product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals and deep comfort with RESTful APIs and systems integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy production applications.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and taking them through to production.
• Experience working directly with clients or customers to scope ambiguous problems and communicate trade-offs.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and how it applies to the legal industry.
