What you will do

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI/LLM-powered agents for DDI deployments.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, embeddings, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Evaluate AI models for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Prototype and iterate on productized AI features with real user validation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to integrate AI into core platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in an applied AI or machine learning engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and applied ML.
• Proven skills in both ML engineering (training, fine-tuning) and MLOps (deployment, monitoring).
• Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and middleware like MCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a scrappy 0→1 startup environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with specific tools like OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
