What you will do

  • Oversee the Gas and Power portfolio with a focus on revenue retention and growth.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted Gas and Power expert, providing effective support to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users and key contacts across accounts.
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and support teams to provide a unified approach to client success.
  • Monitor client health and implement initiatives to maintain strong engagement levels.
  • Stay up-to-date on product releases, bugs, and updates, and communicate these to clients.

Requirements

  • +2 years of customer success management experience in Energy Transition, Fintech, or Data Solutions.
  • Experience within the Gas or Power industry is a plus.
  • Outgoing, personable, and client-focused.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Empathic and capable of understanding customer needs through strong relationship building.
  • Capable of adapting to the needs of users in financial firms, ranging from banks to hedge funds, physical trading houses, energy majors, and service & consultancy providers.
