What you will do

• Own and evolve network capacity planning strategy for complex, large-scale systems.
• Translate business strategy into hypotheses, models, and actionable insights.
• Design and maintain forecasting, capacity, and analytics models.
• Define KPI frameworks and success metrics at the BU and IG levels.
• Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to senior and executive leaders.
• Mentor senior analysts and data scientists and help establish analytics standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network capacity planning, workforce planning, or operational forecasting.
• Deep expertise in data science, analytics, or applied statistics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Generative AI tools.
• Strong experience with experimentation, causal inference, and KPI development.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and decisions beyond immediate team.
• Systems thinking mindset with strong business acumen.
