What you will do

  • Own functional delivery and execution as a Senior Consultant on Salesforce and Amazon platforms.
  • Provide industry best practices and act as a trusted client advisor.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations.
  • Lead multiple managed services engagements concurrently with global delivery teams.
  • Manage backlog, user stories, budget, timelines, and client communication.
  • Coach and mentor junior functional and technical team members.

Requirements

  • Must have 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Strong business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience.
  • Client-facing experience in project management, discovery, design, and solution delivery.
  • Experience writing user stories with estimation and release planning.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn new technologies.
