Location: Remote from the United States only

Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

• Own and manage partner CRM and PRM systems, including configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Lead design and deployment of AI-driven operational workflows and partner portal infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain partner data governance frameworks ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop real-time dashboards, analytics reports, and executive summaries to track partner performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner operations and provide system training and documentation.
• Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely from there.
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce CRM/PRM, operational analytics, or business systems in SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience implementing PRM platforms and owning partner-centric systems.
• Strong analytical skills with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proven ability to design and implement operational workflows in Salesforce or equivalent tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator and Tableau certifications.
• Experience building AI-driven operational workflows.
• Exposure to partner revenue forecasting analytics.
• Experience in partner ecosystems within cloud or infrastructure companies.
