TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work environment, remotely in Europe. This role focuses on the Swiss market, requiring fluency in the local language.

What you will do

  • Lead the full technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions.
  • Co-own accounts and sales campaigns in the assigned territory with sellers.
  • Develop territory plans, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.
  • Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations with Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with the global Solution Engineering Team, Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Strong technical depth spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in the local language of the market you cover (Switzerland) plus English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
