What you will do

  • Lead the full technical sales process from discovery to proof of concept and solution validation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to co-own accounts and develop territory plans.
  • Conduct technical deep dives, presentations, and Proof of Value sessions with customers.
  • Improve internal processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Engage with global teams and participate in industry events and company offsites.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Europe, preferably Switzerland.
  • 5+ years experience in solution engineering or similar roles in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
  • Fluency in English and local market language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with contact center or VOIP/Telephony technologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools.
