What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate the legal quality and relevance of AI contract analysis features.
• Test AI-generated outputs against real-world legal standards to identify gaps and failure modes.
• Define and refine quality benchmarks and prompts to improve AI performance.
• Translate domain-specific legal knowledge into clear requirements for non-lawyer team members.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on contract law and procurement workflows.
• Lead customer-facing training and best-practice initiatives to improve product adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical capability to evaluate nuanced legal outputs.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience reviewing outputs and documenting patterns to improve AI models.
