What you will do
- Own the GTM strategy for assigned vendors, including sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory tactics to achieve hirify.global’s business objectives.
- Manage full P&L accountability for assigned vendors or category segments, ensuring strong financial performance and profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure competitive terms, pricing, and agreements that support mutual success.
- Partner with supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and timely product availability.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns, promotions, and demand‑generation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years of relevant functional experience, including at least three years in vendor management, category management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results and managing complex vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of the platform and infrastructure technology ecosystem, including cloud, SaaS, and modern data center solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
