What you will do

• Provide technical support and software implementation guidance to assigned hirify.global clients.
• Assist clients with product configuration, deployment, and best practice adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common software application issues while communicating product features effectively.
• Build strong client relationships and develop expertise in hirify.global products and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn new concepts and hirify.global programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Client-centered commitment and focus.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience professionally serving customers in a technical support, sales, or retail service role.
