TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Driving the successful onboarding and integration of the platform for mid-market and enterprise clients with an accent on guiding clients through the implementation process. Focus on leveraging technical expertise and project management skills to ensure customers experience the full value of the platform from day one.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the Toronto office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $65,000 CAD - $75,000 CAD plus applicable performance based bonuses.

What you will do

  • Lead multiple implementation projects, managing timelines and client expectations.
  • Configure the hirify.global platform to meet client-specific needs, including integrating POS systems and online ordering platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the platform.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation.
  • Engage with internal teams to communicate client feedback and influence platform enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and enhance client experiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation or customer support roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and integrations; familiarity with Postman is essential.
  • Experience with POS systems and online ordering platforms, particularly in the food & beverage industry, is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA and Asana for tracking project progress.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. French language skills would be considered a strong asset.
