Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 USD annually, depending on location and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for interns and full-time candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent.
• Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines.
• Elevate external partnership relationships, ensuring a first-class experience for all involved.
• Own and execute unique in-person and virtual events for candidates to envision life at hirify.global.
• Own and execute full-time and intern program strategy in collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle.
• A track record for creating inclusive practices across all early career functions.
• Experience leading multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow-through on initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability in building or supporting both technical and non-technical programs from early stages.
• Expertise in planning in-person and virtual events from end-to-end.
• The ability to travel for campus, regional, and hirify.global hub events.
