What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for interns and full-time candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent.
- Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines.
- Elevate external partnership relationships, ensuring a first-class experience for all involved.
- Own and execute unique in-person and virtual events for candidates to envision life at hirify.global.
- Own and execute full-time and intern program strategy in collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle.
- A track record for creating inclusive practices across all early career functions.
- Experience leading multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow-through on initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability in building or supporting both technical and non-technical programs from early stages.
- Expertise in planning in-person and virtual events from end-to-end.
- The ability to travel for campus, regional, and hirify.global hub events.
