Location: Madrid, Spain. Work flexibility, where hirify.global’ers, in agreement with their manager and team, use both the office and home to focus, collaborate, learn and socialize. It’s all about getting the best out of both worlds – we ask hirify.global’ers to come to the office two days a week, and the remaining three are free to be worked in either location.

What you will do

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers, providing support and leveraging tools for scalable and sustainable model and data processes.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex systems, platforms, and data processing pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure), focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability.
• Make informed technical and design decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and enhance engineering, testing, and operational practices.
• Take full ownership of major projects or project segments, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability from requirement gathering to production-level implementation.
• Lead changes and initiatives within your team and across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in developing production-grade code and end-to-end data analytics projects.
• Proficiency in Software Engineering, Design, and Development in Python; experience with other programming languages can also be valued.
• Strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Testing Frameworks, and Software Development Best Practices.
• Proven ability to simplify complex data structures and solve problems.
• Experience in building efficient and scalable software architectures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively within an international environment.

• Strong background in creating sustainable and scalable solutions.
