What you will do

• Build and maintain mission-critical automation solutions to eliminate manual operational efforts.
• Develop Python services for certificate monitoring across internal, external, and Azure stores.
• Create frameworks for automated Access Token generation and replacement to ensure connectivity.
• Orchestrate end-to-end phishing email handling from reporting to automated routing.
• Improve platform robustness by building automated notifications for global software subscriptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python experience with an expert level of API integration.
• 4+ years in production deployments of automated workflows or backend integrations.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure and its identity management systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including source control and testing.
• Experience participating in an Agile development team.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience in CI/CD configuration and automated deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow API integration and workflow automation.
