What you will do

• Shape product experience by identifying high-impact opportunities and translating ambiguity into actionable direction.
• Design intuitive features and end-to-end user experiences that deliver immediate value to customers.
• Lead discovery, validation, and testing through direct interaction with customers.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to align the product vision and shared outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Proven track record of leading the design process end-to-end, from identification to high-fidelity implementation.
• Expertise in UX research, customer interviews, and product discovery.
• Ability to work from the Helsinki office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing Tech or AdTech domains.
• Previous experience in front-end development or vibe coding.
