What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for client VR events, including shipping, travel, and site requirements.
• Manage event checklists, timelines, and run-of-show documentation to ensure team alignment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional communication throughout the event lifecycle.
• Collaborate with venues and internal deployment teams to ensure seamless onsite execution.
• Track event readiness and manage deliverables across internal cross-functional teams.
• Gather post-event feedback and document learnings to optimize future event operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Durham, NC.
• Professional experience in project management, logistics, or client-facing operations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time during peak spring and fall seasons.
