What you will do

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables, understanding key technical concepts of Conversational AI.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, tracking action items and enforcing accountability across stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, lead post-project evaluations, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and experience serving as the primary client contact.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Proactive in managing risks and escalations, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
