What you will do

• Lead high-impact projects that showcase design, craft, and conceptual expertise.
• Dissect briefs to provide analytical insights and challenge objectives to ensure brand integrity.
• Deliver comprehensive design assets across both digital and print platforms, including social media, identity, and campaigns.
• Art direct and create detailed storyboards for campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain responsive, modular design systems following accessibility best practices.
• Mentor designers and share expertise to uplift the quality of team output.

Requirements

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Strong background in conceptual thinking and contemporary design craft.
• Experience managing projects from ideation to delivery across digital and print formats.
• Ability to interpret complex objectives and translate them into clear creative rationales.
• Strong understanding of digital accessibility standards and responsive design systems.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead pressure projects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere.
