What you will do

  • Drive technical presales activities for local accounts to support the commercial team.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and roll out TFS services.
  • Ensure all delivered Issuing Solutions comply with internal standards and operational frameworks.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues affecting Global Accounts.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with merchant IT managers to drive alignment.
  • Monitor Business As Usual activities to ensure continuous service stability and quality.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multinational projects with external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in customer consulting or technical account management.
  • Solid understanding of POS-related technologies, transactional systems, and EFT payment standards.
  • English language proficiency (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes.

  • Working knowledge of retail systems or the credit card industry.
