What you will do

• Lead and implement individual fundraising strategies in the US market to increase unearmarked income.
• Establish and manage a new mid-level giving program and emergency fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee acquisition channels, including digital marketing and direct mail, while optimizing existing programs.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment in systems, governance, and donor management practices.
• Analyze fundraising performance data, manage budgets, and provide KPIs and income forecasts.
• Coordinate with communication teams to ensure content needs are met across websites and social media.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in private fundraising within the US market.
• Must have legal permission to work in the US.
• Proven track record in individual fundraising or marketing at scale.
• Experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business intelligence systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
