Salary: €7,892 – €11,274 gross per month based on 36 hours.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver an organization-wide data strategy and AI roadmap to improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Build and lead a central Data and AI domain of approximately 28 FTE.
• Oversee enterprise-wide data management, including architecture, warehousing, and lakehouse technologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases, including generative AI applications.
• Establish robust data governance and responsible AI frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a strategic MT partner representing data and AI interests to shareholders and supervisory authorities.

Requirements

• Academic level in thinking and execution.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a comparable domain.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in delivering data strategies and AI roadmaps with demonstrable business impact.
• Expertise in data governance, data quality, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating board-level and shareholder dynamics.
