What you will do

• Assist in designing and conducting experiments for LLM training.
• Analyze experimental results and document findings for the R&D team.
• Develop and maintain code for data mining, processing, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate on exploring new methodologies in reinforcement learning for agentic systems.
• Engage in technical discussions to shape future research directions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer science and machine learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• English language proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP, reinforcement learning, or AI agents projects.
• Understanding of current LLM concepts.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
